This policy covers the free guides, checklists and reports you can request from The Crespillo Group.
When you request a guide, we collect the information you enter on the form, such as your name, email address and phone number (if you give it). We may also note how you found us, such as a YouTube video or a postcard.
We use your information to send you the guide you requested, send you a short series of follow-up emails on the same topic, and respond when you reply, call, text or book a time with us. We keep your information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can do these things.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and CRM tools, or when required by law.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying "unsubscribe." California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us below and we'll take care of it.
