Garden Volunteer Shadowing Report

It's really important the new garden volunteers feel ready for their role in the garden with the teens.

By now they have done all the basic training required but have not been involved in a garden session with the teens. 

Which is why we are now making their first session in the garden a 'shadowing' session - they aren't one of the main team, but should get involved in the session as an extra pair of hands under your guidance.

At the end of the session, we ask if you would give us a report back of your thoughts on how it went.
