Team FAQ
Q: Multiple Users: Can 2 or 3 (or 10!) people be logged into my account as the same time? And if so what is the cost?
A: Yes, there are 2 different ways to do this.
1. You can set up a Team where you will all have separate logins. Each team member will have different access and rights to the system.

2. You can also just have multiple people logged into your account and all working in the same database at the same time with no problem. There is no extra charge to do this. Also, the multiple users can be in the same location or in different locations, it will not matter to the system.
Here's the catch: In this scenario, every user will log in with the same user name and password. This means that every user will be "equal" in their access to the features and functions in the system:
All users can add, edit and delete contacts
All users can send emails
All users will have access to all contacts
All users can delete all contacts (and we cannot recover them for you)
All users can close the account
There is no distinction that Sally added this account, John deleted that account, and Linda added this note. As far as the system is considered, you are all the same person. To get these features, see Option 1 above.
While this is a great feature and won't cost you an extra dime, we suggest you use it with caution and only share your login and password with those people you trust 100%.
Q. Can I bring my contacts over from Outlook or from my old contact manager?
A. Sure. Outlook, as well as most contact managers, will allow you to export your contacts into a standard format called CSV (Comma Separated Values). Once you have your data in a CSV format, it can be easily imported into AllClients.

Q. Can I sync my AllClients database with my smart phone?
A. Syncing is an old concept. You don't want to sync, and work with a copy of your data. You always want to work with the real thing if at all possible.
With AllClients, you will use
AllClients Mobile to access your contacts from your iPhone, Blackberry or Android device. You will be accessing your live data in real time, not a copy of your data.
With live data, if you add a contact on your mobile device it is the same as adding a contact on your computer. Or if your assistant back at the office adds a contact, you will see it on your mobile device immediately.

Q. But I thought syncing was a good idea. And as a bonus you always had your data in 2 places for back-up purposes.
A. Syncing was used in the olden days to copy your contacts from your computer to your smart phone and then back again. Today, in the world of really smart, smart phones, you don't need to sync - you can get your data live and in real time.
If you have ever tried to sync your client database, you know the problems that always come along with syncing. Like duplicating all the contacts in your database, getting your data corrupted, or worst of all, accidentally deleting all of your contacts with no way to get them back!
In regards to data back-up, AllClients backs up your data daily with multiple redundancy. If it would make you feel better, you can save a copy of your own data by doing an export anytime you want to. Go to Settings -> Export Data.
Q: What kind of support will I get with AllClients?

Q. Does AllClients work on a Mac?
A. Of Course! AllClients loves to be on Macs! Since AllClients is 100% web-based, you will not have any software to download and install on your computer. AllClients works great on a Mac, PC, Linux computer, or any other device running the latest versions Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Q: Do you share or sell my client or personal information to anyone?
A: No! NEVER! As a customer of AllClients, all of your client data and your personal information (including your e-mail address) is private and will never be sold, rented, shared, reviewed, loaned, or in any way used by anyone but you. For additional security, please do not share your login information with anyone.
Q: Whose data is it, anyways? When I put my client information on the AllClients servers, who owns it and who can see it?
A: Your client information is 100% yours. No one else can see it, or use it. And when you leave, you take your data with you.
Q: How secure is the information I enter into AllClients?
A: We use industry standard SSL encryption at the same level (128 bits) as online banks and financial institutions. (Look for the lock in your address bar). We make all reasonable efforts to secure and safeguard your data.
Q: How reliable is the service? Will there be downtime?
A: Nobody can promise 100% uptime, but we make every reasonable effort to ensure the highest possible availability. We only use the highest quality service providers and any scheduled downtime is late at night or on the weekends.
Q: What if I start the trial and I don't want to continue on with the service, what happens to my data?
A: Upon expiration of your free trial, your data will be stored for another 30 days (in case you change your mind) and then on the 46th day after your trial started, all of your data will be deleted. There will be no way to retrieve your data once it is purged from our system.
Q: How is my data backed up?
A: We do a daily back-up that will help us recover your data if there is a catastrophic problem with the servers (unlikely).
Q: Do you ever update your program and add features and functionality?
A: Do we EVER update it? How about Constantly! Our members are currently using the live version of AllClients while we are creating and testing the next version. We are always looking for ways to make the product better and get all of our enhancement ideas from current customers.
Q: What if I have product ideas or suggestions?
A: AllClients was built from the ground up from suggestions and feedback from people like you. We welcome and encourage your ideas and feedback. Send your thoughts to

Q: Can I get a discount off the monthly subscription price?
A: We have priced AllClients fairly so we can provide an excellent product that continues to grow and evolve with the market. You can earn a discount by referring a friend to us through our Refer-A-Friend program. You can also receive a price break by purchasing an annual subscription rather than paying month to month.
