Q: What is the cost of AllClients?
A: $21.95 per month. AllClients is a monthly service that includes unlimited, 24/7
access to the database, product updates, backups, your own monthly newsletter, live
customer support and much more.
Q: How will using AllClients benefit me and my business?
A: AllClients will help you stay in touch with your client base. Our customers report
an average of 4-5 additional transactions each year when using AllClients. Plus
they feel it is important to have complete control and access to their customer
data outside of their Broker’s office.
Q: What kind of support do I get with AllClients?
A: Here at AllClients, we believe in real customer service. You will enjoy the convenience
and piece of mind knowing that help is just a phone call away. Your AllClients subscription
includes live support from one of our sharp and friendly product experts. (Yes,
you get to talk to a real live human!) When you have a question we are as close
as your phone. Our support team is available to you M-F 8-5 PST.
Q: Do you share or sell my client or personal information to anyone?
A: No! NEVER! As a customer of AllClients, all of your client data and your personal
information (including your e-mail address) is private and will never be sold, rented,
shared, reviewed, loaned, or in any way used by anyone but you. For additional security,
please do not share your login information with anyone. And please note that the
staff at AllClients will never ask you to provide your login or password information
over the phone or in an email.
Q: Whose data is it, anyways? When I put my client information on the AllClients
servers, who owns it and who can see it?
A: Your client information is 100% yours. No one else can see it, or use it. And
when you leave, you take your data with you.
Q: How secure is the information I enter into AllClients?
A: We use industry standard SSL encryption at the same level (128 bits) as online
banks and financial institutions. (Look for the lock in your address bar). We make
all reasonable efforts to secure and safeguard your data.
Q: How reliable is the service? Will there be downtime?
A: Nobody can promise 100% uptime, but we make every reasonable effort to ensure
the highest possible availability. We only use the highest quality service providers
and any scheduled downtime is late at night or on the weekends.
Q: What if I start the trial and I don’t want to continue on with the service, what
happens to my data?
A: Upon expiration of your free trial, your data will be stored for another 30 days
(in case you change your mind) and then on the 46th day after your trial started,
all of your data will be deleted. There will be no way to retrieve your data once
it is purged from our system.
Q: How is my data backed up?
A: We do a daily back-up that will help us recover your data if there is a catastrophic
problem with the servers (unlikely).
Q: I am both a Real Estate Professional AND a Loan Officer. Will I be able to turn
on both functions at the same time?
A: Yes. You can choose to use one function, both functions, or neither function.
Q: Do you ever update your program and add features and functionality?
A: Yes. Our members are currently using the live version of AllClients while we
are creating and testing the next version. The next version will include additional
capabilities while keeping the product very easy to use.
Q: What if I have product ideas or suggestions?
A: AllClients was built from the ground up from suggestions and feedback from people
like you. We welcome and encourage your ideas and feedback. There is a link on the
top of each page to make it easy for you to communicate with us.
Q: Can I get a discount off the monthly subscription price?
A: We have priced AllClients fairly so we can provide an excellent product that
continues to grow and evolve with the market. While we do not discount our product,
you can earn free months by referring a friend to us and you can also receive a
price break by purchasing an annual subscription rather than paying month to month.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Q: OK, I am ready to start the trial. What is the first step?
A: As part of your free trial, someone from our sharp and friendly support team
will help you transfer your data from another program, or we can show you how to
go from paper to AllClients. This will also be a good opportunity for you to ask
any questions you may have about the AllClients service.
